I supported the Blackview BV9500 pro on indiegogo in the beginning of July 2018.
The phone should have arrived in August, but finally arrived somewhere in October.
Fair enough, I thought, because I waited for the new Blackview phone.
I really liked to use it - for the short time that was possible.
In the end of January, Blackview pushed out an OTA update.
After I started that, my screen turned black and since then stays black - no way to boot into any recovery mode or anything.
I tried to contact Blackview several times, without any response by them.
I really liked the phones and recommended them to a few friends, but after this experience, I can only post a large warning here:
